Chicken Front Quarters (breast and wing) are packed 2 per tray and weigh approximately 1.5-1.75 LB.

Our Heritage White Chickens are pasture raised: First in brooders and then in mobile hoop houses for 4-5 weeks, where they are able to forage for insects and just be a chicken. They are Raised without hormones or antibiotics and humanely treated.

You can taste the difference in flavor between our locally sourced farm chickens and factory chickens.  We feel once you try our chicken you will never want to go back!
